Quantity Surveyor - Oxford

I am working with a forward-thinking and well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in Oxford or Bristol with projects across the South of England.

The Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.

The Company

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly professional construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You will be joining a small team of 10 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

As a company they cover a range of projects including Education, Heritage, Housing, Industrial and Leisure sectors.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily Education and Leisure projects, their projects are based across the M4 corridor including Reading, Bristol, Swindon and Windsor.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying Experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent attitude and team player
• Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
