Our client, one of the UK''s most reputable and high-performing housebuilders, is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Bristol.

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of multiple housing developments, from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, and budget estimates
- Procure and manage subcontractors and supplier packages
- Monitor site progress, variations, and valuations
- Ensure project budgets and timelines are maintained
- Work collaboratively with site and technical teams
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate cost reporting
About you:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience with a housebuilder
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
- Excellent numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
