Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering cost management, project management, and health & safety services across the UK. Known for its collaborative culture and longstanding client relationships, this organisation works across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, and commercial developments. With offices nationwide and a consistent pipeline of projects, the business is now seeking to grow its team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.
This is a key role within a busy and growing cost consultancy team, primarily focused on new-build hotels and pub refurbishment schemes across the Midlands and North East. Projects range in value and complexity, offering a varied workload in both public-facing and private sector environments.

Quantity Surveyor - Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong post-contract and on-site experience essential
- Familiarity with new-build and refurbishment projects, ideally in hospitality or leisure sectors (Highly Advantageous)
- Working knowledge of JCT contracts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands and North East
