Construo Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a range of exciting schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project costs and budgets
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitor financial progress and risk
- Ensure cost control from pre-construction through to completion
Requirements:
- Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
