Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor on the behalf of a £850m turnover RC Frame Main Contractor in North Wales.

Projects are based Nationwide.

The role will see the successful candidate report directly to the firm’s Commercial Manager, taking full commercial responsibility for high rise schemes each around £50m in value, also supervising the activities of junior staff.

Essential to the role is 10+ years’ post graduate experience of preparing site accounts and securing payment from main contractors and self build developers.
