Quantity Surveyor

RWR Recuritment are now recuriting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing-organisation with headquarters based in Llantrisant.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will;

• Be experienced in surveying refurbishment and repair projects,
• Manage costs and contracts
• Ability to liaise with project teams and clients.
• Coordianting projects from the initial planning stages, through to project completion, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.-
• Analyse costs, prepare estimates, and manage contracts

The role offers:

• Salary of up to -55k DOE
• Company car or car allowance + fuel package

• Site visits are required but main location will be Llantrisant Head Office
