The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a wide range of projects across sectors such as:

• Retail
• Commercial
• Residential
• Education
• Healthcare
• Industrial

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide full cost consultancy services from inception to completion. You''ll be responsible for delivering accurate cost advice, supporting senior team members, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure to complex and high-value developments while progressing towards Senior level within a structured and well-established consultancy.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or committed to achieving chartership
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Good Pre & Post Contract Experience
