About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and keep track of material and labor costs.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Negotiate contracts and work with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
