About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven expertise in NEC3 and NEC4 contracts to join our team in Peterborough. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost control, from initial estimates through to final accounts.
• Administer and manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and interim applications for payment.
• Provide accurate forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on budget and within contractual frameworks.
• Support dispute resolution and claims processes where necessary.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrable experience working under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Previous experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects desirable.
