Quantity Surveyor

Our Client are a well respected main contractor looking for a Quantity Surveyor following successfully winning a -5million cut & carve project of a high end retail space on the South Coast.-

They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to commercially oversee the project from the initial procurement stages through to final account. Future work will be in the Surrey / Hampshire region.-

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Monitor project costs and manage cash flow forecasts

• Conduct tender evaluations and contract negotiations

• Administer contracts and manage variations and claims

• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

• Provide financial reporting to senior management

• Identify and manage commercial risks
