Based in the heart of London, at Tower Bridge, they manage highly complex new build and refurbishment construction projects, including cut and carve, across a variety of sectors, including: Civic, Commercial, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Recreation and Leisure, Residential and Life Science

Scheme sizes vary from small to multi-million pound projects.-

Their services include private Quantity Surveying, Project Monitoring, Bills of Quantities Preparation, Cost Planning, Estimating, and Post Contract QS Services-

The role - Quantity Surveyor-

They are looking for a quantity surveyor to join their growing commercial team, supporting a wide variety of pre-and post-contract services across high-profile Tier 1 contractor projects-

You will be office-based with site/ client visits, with the option of flexible working if needed, once you''re established in the business.

The right person-

Assistant, intermediate, and Senior Quantity Surveyors are invited to apply.-

You will be from a main contracting background, and will have worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.

Working hours 8-5
