Quantity Surveyor

A well-established cost management consultancy in London is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to run High End Residential projects across London.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working alongside the London Head of cost management, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of High End and Super Prime Resi projects, carrying out pre and post contract tasks on works.

The Quantity surveyor would be running projects from concept to completion, and you would also be encouraged to get involved in business development.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 3 or more years Quantity Surveying experience
• High End Resi project experience
• Worked for a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Pre and post contract knowledge and experience
• Client facing, proactive, confident
