Quantity Surveyor

A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to work across a diverse range of residential and affordable housing projects throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering cost consultancy and employer''s agent services on new build housing and regeneration schemes. Working closely with senior colleagues and clients, the Quantity Surveyor will manage pre- and post-contract duties, with a strong emphasis on the employer''s agent function.

This role offers excellent long-term progression for a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their project and client-facing experience within a supportive consultancy environment.

Applicants should be confident working across the full project lifecycle and have prior experience within the residential or affordable housing sectors.

Required Experience:

• Consultancy or client-side background as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience delivering projects as, or supporting, the employer''s agent
• Knowledge of residential and affordable housing schemes is desirable
• Working towards MRICS or recently chartered preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
