Quantity Surveyor

Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with an established principal contractor with a strong presence in the high-end construction sector. Their portfolio spans prime residential, private education, and high-specification hospitality and leisure developments, with projects typically ranging from £3m to £30m.

Due to a recent influx of project wins, the business is looking to appoint two Project Quantity Surveyors to support their growing workload.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor delivering complex, design-led schemes, working across both new build and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Procurement of subcontractors and package management
• Preparation and agreement of valuations and variations
• Cost reporting and financial control across projects
• Working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level
• Background in delivering complex construction projects
• Experience across both new build and refurbishment schemes
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Previous experience on Oxford-based projects would be advantageous
