Quantity Surveyor

Our client a well-established scaffolding company are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional with experience in construction or access solutions to play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects.

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts

• Managing contracts, variations, and project budgets

• Negotiating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable

• Producing regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management

• Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice and guidance

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in scaffolding, access solutions, or construction

• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial management

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent) preferred
