Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing / decent homes projects

TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial mange decent homes projects

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of subcontractors
• Place subcontract orders ensuring best price, quality and compliance
• Order materials for site
• Produce cash flow and revenue forecasts
• Produce a cost budge for each scheme
• Complete monthly CVR''s
• Agree variations with the client

About the Company:

• Established main contractor
• Growing business and a market leader in decent homes
• Work includes decent homes, void refurbs, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms
• Work on many frameworks for local authorities

What We''re Looking For:

• Min 5 years'' experience working on social housing / decent homes projects with a
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Forward thinking and dynamic
