Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, for a project in Birmingham working on a Construction Fit out project.

Duties:

• As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors-to deliver on the infrastructure projects.
• Handle the tendering process to find-best subcontractors within the Fit out-space.
• Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people.
• Sourcing local subcontractors.
• Work with key stakeholders.
• Commercial reporting.

Requirements

• Track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on first out projects
• Ideally have experience within Healthcare projects.
• The ability to deliver projects successfully
• Ideally be degree educated, but this is not essential.

The role would suit either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, who has a background on large fit out projects.
