Quantity Surveyor

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor -

**Responsibilities:** -
- Prepare and review project tender documents and contracts. -
- Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility studies. -
- Advise on procurement strategy and manage project costs. -
- Process contractual claims and payments to contractors. -
- Collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations. -

**Requirements:** -
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. -
- Experience with M+E and retrofit projects in renewable construction. -
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills. -
- Ability to travel between sites as needed. -
