Our client delivers a diverse range of projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, residential, heritage and public sectors, covering both refurbishment and new build schemes. Projects typically range from 1m to 6m and are delivered under JCT Traditional and Design and Build contracts. The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for their own projects, typically managing around three schemes at any one time. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is well organised, commercially strong and confident taking ownership of projects from start through to final account.
