Our client delivers a wide range of complex, high-value projects across the commercial, education, industrial, retail and residential sectors throughout the Home Counties and into London. Their work is varied, technically demanding and backed by a strong base of repeat clients. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets and financial forecasts Monitoring and controlling project expenditure to protect margin and performance Producing detailed cost analysis and variance reporting, identifying commercial risks and opportunities Leading subcontractor procurement, tender evaluation and package negotiation Administering and managing contracts in accordance with agreed terms Acting as a principal commercial contact for clients and stakeholders Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Overseeing valuations, variations and final accounts Ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory and company standards About You Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related ..... full job details .....
