Operating for over 85 years, the business delivers a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out projects across London and the South East, working across residential, education, commercial, heritage and public-sector schemes. They are now looking for a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This isn''t a role where you''ll be pigeonholed into one part of the commercial process. You''ll get involved across both pre and post-contract , including: Tendering, measurement and pricing Subcontractor procurement Valuations and variations CVRs, forecasting and cost control Subcontract accounts Final accounts The business has a flat structure , giving you direct exposure to Contracts Managers and Directors, with plenty of autonomy and responsibility.
