      <description>Location: South East London | Salary: £40000 - £60000 per annum + Pension, Bonus etc. | Type: Permanent | THE ROLE    My client seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office as a Project Surveyor.  They work on an interesting range of projects which includes high end residential, independent schools and more.  Projects are valued from around £1m up to £180m.  They offer good APC support for those who are keen to become chartered with the RICS and they would also take someone who has recently become chartered as well as people who have three years + post graduate experience as a PQS.    THE COMPANY    My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices.  The London office is expanding offering good prospects for promotion.    THE CANDIDATE    You will be a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.  My client would like someone who has around three to five years post graduate experience doing pre and post contract work.
