This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional to manage multiple utility and infrastructure projects, ensuring robust commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of several schemes valued between 1m and 4m, working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders to maximise commercial performance and project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects valued between 1m and 4m.Oversee cost management, forecasting, valuations, and final accounts.Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Monitor project performance against budgets and financial targets.Manage change control procedures, compensation events, and variations.Provide accurate commercial reporting to senior management.Support project teams with cost advice and commercial guidance.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.Identify commercial risks and opportunities and ..... full job details .....
