Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager - Rail

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor, to join our busy and expanding infrastructure team, based out of our London office, supporting our clients deliver a range of rail projects and programmes across London and the south east.Responsibilities
Handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project (typically £5m to £10m).Support rail projects and programmes across London and the south east as part of the infrastructure team.Apply post contract, heavy civils and stations works experience to commercial management tasks.Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary programme team environment.Qualifications
Degree qualified and MRICSExcellent written and oral communication skillsInquisitive and problem solving skill baseNEC contract knowledge and experience, particularly Option CDemonstrable cost management experienceIntermediate user of Microsoft ExcelProven experience preferably in a similar roleAbility to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary programme team environmentAdditional Information
