Quantity Surveyor - Manchester We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Manchester Cost Management team, working on complex, high-value projects across a diverse range of sectors. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established and growing construction and property consultancy, working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of cost management and commercial services across a varied portfolio of complex projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, helping to successfully deliver projects from inception through to completion. The role offers excellent exposure to a range of sectors and project types, providing the opportunity to broaden your technical and commercial experience while developing strong, long-term client relationships. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially aware and keen to take ownership of their projects and career development. Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, providing high-quality cost and contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle.
