The role supports project teams in meeting contract requirements while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with Brierley Homes'' governance framework, policies, procedures, and commercial objectives. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with Project Managers, clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, commercial colleagues, legal and insurance departments, finance teams, procurement specialists, and operational staff. Key Responsibilities Commercial Management & Financial Control Prepare and maintain accurate project cost forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
