The successful candidate will play a key role in commercial project delivery, working closely with site teams and the Commercial Manager to ensure robust cost control, accurate reporting, and commercial performance across a range of infrastructure, landscaping, and streetscape projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and manage site information, quotations, and cost validations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide accurate cost forecasting and feed up-to-date commercial information to the Commercial Manager. Monitor and report on variations, subcontractor quotations, and change control. Manage and maintain site records, cost capture, and commercial documentation. Support procurement activities including subcontractor and supplier engagement. Assist in contractual administration, valuation of interim applications, and settlements.
