Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing Programmes for contracts. Understanding Contract changes and Issuing Early Warning Notices. Issuing Compensation Event Notices and dealing with Compensation Events. Assisting with Pricing and Agreeing Compensation Event values. Creating and managing applications for payment including Bills of Quantities. Assisting procurement and sourcing of construction materials. Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. On-site/Teams meetings to liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
