This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor specialising in refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects, taking a leading role in the commercial management and financial performance of projects from initial procurement through to final account. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget, contractual obligations are managed effectively and commercial opportunities are maximised. We are looking for someone with a strong background in main contracting, ideally with experience across refurbishment and interior fit-out projects. You will be confident managing project finances, negotiating with subcontractors, controlling costs and providing clear commercial reporting to support successful project delivery.
