They now have a requirement for a quantity surveyor to add to the team, as they scale toward -10M+ turnover. You will step into a highly visible commercial lead role with full ownership of our live portfolio, working directly with the company directors. The Role You will act as the commercial lead across multiple luxury projects, managing numbers from contract to final account. Key Responsibilities - Margin Ownership: Protect project margins end-to-end, from cost plans through to final account settlements. - Variation Management: Capture, cost, and agree variations early to secure margins before site works begin. - Supply Chain: Negotiate subcontractor packages to maintain and grow our premium supply chain. - Stakeholder Engagement: Lead commercial discussions with high-net-worth clients, architects, and subcontractors. - Risk Mitigation: Identify commercial risks early and present proactive solutions to directors. - Digital Workflow: Manage valuations, subcontractor costs, and labour spend using LiveCosts and (url removed). -...
