The Opportunity
A rare opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defence and retail sectors.

This is a supportive, people-focused business with excellent staff retention and a consistent pipeline of work. You will join a growing team of nine Quantity Surveyors and work on a range of high-quality schemes within an environment that values balance, wellbeing and long-term development.

The Right Person
At least five years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (non-housebuilding)
Strong relationship-building skills
Good IT and communication abilities
Able to work to tight deadlines
A team player with strong interpersonal skills

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
