This role offers the chance to become part of a collaborative commercial team working on a varied portfolio of housing projects from inception through to final account. As a Quantity Surveyor , you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and profitability. The Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial performance of several live housing developments, working closely with the Commercial Manager, Technical, Construction and Buying teams.
