      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | A small, well-established consultancy in Bristol is looking to bring in a  Quantity Surveyor  to join their team. They’ve got a solid pipeline of work across industrial, commercial, and education projects, and this is a good opportunity to get involved in a wide range of work rather than being stuck on one small part of a project.  It’s a close-knit team, so you’ll get good exposure to clients and senior staff, and there’s plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility as you grow.  What you’ll be doing:  	 Supporting and delivering cost management services across a mix of projects 	 Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documents 	 Assisting with procurement and contract administration 	 Monitoring project costs and reporting on budgets 	 Working closely with clients, contractors, and the wider design team 	 Getting involved in projects from early stages through to completion   What they’re looking for:  	 Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar 	 Consultancy experience would be ideal 	 Either working towards MRICS or open to doing it 	 Someone organised, reliable, and happy working in a smaller team 	 Good communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in   ...</description>
