This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects. (The role is open to varied levels of experience.) Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit tenders Manage projects from contract award to final account Price variations and demolition-related works Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters Liaise with internal teams and clients Quantity Surveyor requirements: Background in construction or demolition Qualified to Degree / HND /HNC level.
