This role is ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor with experience in roofing, external works, social housing, planned maintenance or framework contracts. Candidates may currently work for a specialist subcontractor or a main contractor but must possess strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage projects from tender stage through to final account. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring contracts are delivered profitably while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
