This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Telford office with hybrid working. Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from tender handover through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong commercial controls and contractual compliance. Key responsibilities will include: Managing project costs, budgets and financial reporting. Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Procuring and commercially managing subcontractors and suppliers. Identifying, valuing and negotiating variations and compensation events. Monitoring project performance, cash flow and forecasts.
