As part of their continued growth, they are actively looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a variety of projects.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Loughborough office.Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and financial management of projects from inception through to completion. Working alongside Contract Managers and Project Managers, you will help ensure contracts are administered effectively, commercial processes are followed and projects remain financially robust throughout their lifecycle.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting Contract and Project Managers with day-to-day commercial activitiesAssisting with valuations, applications for payment and pricing variationsMaintaining accurate financial reporting and cost value reconciliationsMonitoring project costs and identifying any commercial issues or anomaliesSupporting procurement activities and liaising with internal departmentsAssisting with final accounts, contract reviews ..... full job details .....
