They are looking for someone who can manage bills of quantities on civil engineering, utilities and highways projects ranging from (phone number removed) to 7m. Working alongside other members of the commercial team the client are looking for someone on long term freelance contract. The ideal individual will have experience of working on NEC contracts along with exposure to Highways/Rail/Infrastructure/Civil Engineering/Utilities projects.
