Working across a diverse portfolio including residential, education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and heritage projects, you will play a key role in managing project finances, maximising profitability and supporting successful project delivery from inception through to final account. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of construction projects. Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts and cost plans. Procurement and management of subcontractor packages. Valuations, variations and change management. Preparation and negotiation of final accounts. Cash flow forecasting and reporting. Risk identification and commercial mitigation. Supporting project teams to achieve programme, quality and financial objectives. Producing accurate management reports for senior leadership. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners. About You ... Permanent
