The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, covering both new build and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have a strong reputation within the industry and a healthy pipeline of secured work. The Role Managing the commercial aspects of façade and cladding projects from inception through to final account. Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports. Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers. Working closely with project teams to ensure projects remain commercially on track.
