Quantity Surveyor

Location: Uxbridge, West London Salary: £75,000 £85,000 + package Type: Permanent Sector: Main Contracting / Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor Our client is an established and growing main contractor delivering a diverse range of high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. With a strong pipeline of new projects and continued growth across the business, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final account and enjoys working closely with clients, subcontractors and project teams. The business delivers a mixture of new-build, refurbishment, residential, commercial, education, leisure and specialist projects, providing plenty of variety across the role. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of allocated projects, working closely with the Commercial Director, Contracts Managers and wider project teams.
