      <description>Location: London | Salary: 65000.00-65000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A well-established main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The business specialises in refurbishment projects across the public sector, including schools and local authority schemes, with project values typically up to £4m. With a strong turnover and consistent pipeline of work, this role is due to the retirement of a long-standing team member, offering a great opportunity to step into a stable and supportive environment.
