An established and reputable contractor specialising in high-end restoration and refurbishment projects is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS (10+ years) to take a lead role on prestigious schemes, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of projects
- Leading on procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Cost reporting and financial forecasting
- Managing client relationships and project delivery
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience within refurbishment/restoration or high-end projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
