This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial activities across a range of fit-out projects, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and senior management. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, taking ownership of commercial responsibilities while maintaining strong financial control and accountability. Key Responsibilities Analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and develop clearly defined trade packages. Prepare and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Obtain and assess competitive, commercially sound quotations. Produce detailed tender and quotation comparisons and make recommendations based on commercial value.
