      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out Sector Location: Central London Working Pattern: Hybrid Sector: Fit-Out Construction The Opportunity A successful and well-established fast-track fit-out contractor is seeking a motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial activities across a range of fit-out projects, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and senior management. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, taking ownership of commercial responsibilities while maintaining strong financial control and accountability. Key Responsibilities  Analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and develop clearly defined trade packages. Prepare and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Obtain and assess competitive, commercially sound quotations. Produce detailed tender and quotation comparisons and make recommendations based on commercial value. Place subcontractor and material orders in line with project requirements.
