Working on established local authority contracts, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, decarbonisation projects, external works and wider refurbishment schemes within occupied residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working closely with both operational and commercial teams, giving genuine influence over project delivery from pre-contract through to final account.
