QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HIGHWAYS and INFRASTRUCTURE West Midlands Hybrid Working 43,000 - 52,000 Ceto Talent is working with a growing specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor - Highways and Infrastructure to support the commercial delivery of projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you''ll play a key role in managing project costs, valuations, applications and commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Good understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes. Experience preparing applications for payment, valuations and managing variations. Strong commercial and financial awareness. Experience managing subcontractor accounts and supplier relationships. Confident communication and negotiation skills. Able to identify and mitigate commercial risks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Full UK driving licence. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you''ll support the commercial management of projects from tender through to final account.
