Role:
My client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in their Minor works / Asset Management packages in the Midlands. This role is split into 2 frameworks: CAM (Civil asset management) andamp; BAM (Building Asset Management).

Civils will be anything concerned with drainage works, structural defects etc. Building will be anything concerned with buildings andamp; properties such as stations, ticket offices, signal boxes etc.

These will be high volume, low value projects, therefore QSandrsquo;s that are used to working with high volume projects would be ideal for this role.
