Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications As the Quantity Surveyor, you must possess the following; 5+ years'' experience working as an Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor or a Fit-Out Contractor working on Retail construction projectsStrong knowledge of commercial and construction contracts such as JCTPrevious background in fit out or commercial constructionKnowledge of refit and refurbishment projects with values ranging between 50k - 2mGood communicator, able to deal with a range of people, tasks and obligationsWell organised, self-starter, able to implement procedures and effectively manage all aspects of the worksCommercial knowledge and ability to negotiate terms with a range of partiesDuties Reporting to the Managing Quantity SurveyorSubmission of interim payment applicationsPreparation of monthly cost and value reconciliation reports / Project cost controlAssisting with all ..... full job details .....
