Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Poole
Looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role where you will lead, influence and deliver? You will be working on diverse projects across multiple sectors, gaining autonomy and exposure while progressing your career as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
You will be joining a collaborative consultancy environment where you will work closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of your own projects. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role offers variety, responsibility and strong client exposure.
Key Responsibilities
·Managing commercial and cost aspects of construction projects
·Preparing cost plans, valuations and final accounts
·Administering contracts and overseeing tender processes
·Leading meetings and liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders
·Conducting site visits and ensuring project quality and progress
·Supporting junior team members and maintaining high standards
Experience Required
·Experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management
·Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and cost control
·Confident communication and organisational skills
·Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
·RICS qualification (or working towards) preferred
·Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Package
·Salary c£40,000 - £50,000 DOE
