The ideal candidate will have a strong background working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor on major civil engineering or infrastructure schemes. This is a hands-on commercial role requiring someone who understands their numbers, can accurately forecast package performance and is confident managing subcontractors from procurement and contract drafting through to final account.
